I have created this blog to keep you all informed about our yoga week-end in Maremma. The dates of the 27th, 28th and 29th March are confirmed and the venue is the magical Castle of Marsiliana, in the heart of Maremma, 15kms from Capbalbio. Our instructor for the week-end  Roberto Pesce, allievo of Patrick Tomatis and Eric Baret, is also a qualified ayurvedic therapist and is available for massage by appointment. The vegetarian food menu for the week-end will be authentic ayurvedic, prepared by our 'resident' chef at the castle and will further contribute to the 'detoxing', beneficial effects of the concentrated program of yoga and meditation. There will be no white bread, pasta or any preserved or refined or non fresh food used. The dishes are of indian origin and therefore spicy but not overly, the dishes include; risotto with lentils and mung beans, a 'kaddy' which is vegetables done with chick pea flour, lemon soup, dishes with coconut puree, chutneys and fresh fruit and sweets.
